Respectfully, I wish to state that .I have been suffering from very high fever since last evening.The doctor has advised me complete bed rest for two days .If the fever comes down , I shall attend the school from (Date) .If it continous my blood will be tested for the exact diagnosis, Kindly grant me leave for two days .I shall be grateful.I am enclosing the doctors prescription chit for your perusal .
