Most humbly I am to inform you that I and some friends have been practicing an original play for a few weeks and we would like to stage this play in the school auditorium.

Therefore, I earnestly request you to grant me the permission to stage the play in the school auditorium on the 21st of November since there is no other proper venue available close by.
