On the subject cited above, I most humbly beg to inform you that my uncle is getting married on the 12th of November at in my native village. So, I will not be able to attend my classes for some days since our whole family will be going there to help with the preparation and to be a part of this special occasion.

Therefore, I earnestly request you to grant me leave for five days leave, that is from 10th to 14th November, 2019.
