Subject: Request to be exempted during PE

Respected ma'am,

I am a student of your school, studying in grade 8. I am writing this letter to you to request that I be exempted during my physical education periods for two weeks. I have not been keeping well these past few days and when I went to consult with a doctor, he told me to avoid going out for at least two weeks or else I might fall severely ill.

Kindly excuse my absence during the PE periods from 20th April to 4th May 2022. I will be grateful to you for excusing me for the same.
