Dear Sir/Ma'am
This is to state that I am a student of (Class ....) of your school . I regret to inform you that due to my brother's marraige,I would not be able to give the Term 1 exams starting from September date,year to September date,year. My elder brother's marraige is scheduled on the same dates in Delhi.
Therefore,I will be leaving with my family two days .
However, I will be taking the rest of the papers on the scheduled dates. I am a sincere student and had scored above 90 per cent marks in the half -yearly examination. I hope that it will be taken into account for my candidature,and best solution will be offered to me by the school to attend the examination separately,once I am back in town.
I ,therefore,request you to kindly consider my case.
