Subject: Application for transfer certificate.

With your kind permission I would like to apply for a transfer certificate as I will have to leave the school very soon.

Due to my father’s transferrable job, his posting has been changed from Delhi to Chennai now for the next five years. As a result our whole family has to move and shift with him to Chennai. For this reason I will have to leave the school and thus require a transfer certificate.

I will be highly obliged if you could issue me the certificate soon. I regret all the inconveniences caused.
