Answer:
Dear Madam Vice-Rector,
We hope you and your family are safe
and well.
The current circumstances we live in are
unknown to us all and they bring a lot of
uncertainties and new challenges with
them. For this reason, we would like to
express our gratitude to you on behalf
of all students for all that you and your
team have done so far for all students
on and off-campus as well as for the
kind and supportive messages you have
sent to us all. Even though some of us
have returned home, we see that life
on campus has continued as much as
possible given the circumstances. We
think that it has created an even bigger
feeling of community-building. That one
feeling that the Natolin campus is known
for.
Aside from our life on campus, we
have witnessed that also the academic
program has continued to the best extent
possible particularly in the efforts to
implement the academic elements of
the study trips on such short notice. We
realise how much extra work it must have
been to even set up the programmes
of the study trips, let alone change
them to a completely online format. To
all academic and organisational staff,
we have sent a postcard that you can
find attached to this letter. However, we
know that there is even more behind the
study trips and a big part of that is also
your coordination and support. For that
reason, we would like to thank you and
your whole team who has been involved
in the preparation and continuation of the
programmes of the study trips as well.
Finally, we hope that this crisis will be
somehow resolved in the near future and
that those who have returned home will
be able to return to Natolin soon to finish
the year all together. And that if anything,
we will all be able to learn something
from this crisis. Thanks again for
everything, and if there is anything that
we can do to help, please let us know.
With kind regards and best wishes,
Student Representatives
