Sir,

Respectfully I shall like to state that I am a student of class XI-A of your school with excellent record in academics and co-curricular activities. I had stood first in my class last year and I am also a member of the cricket team of the seniors.

My problem is that I am not in a position to pay my dues owing to the limited source of income of my father, who happens to be a poor farmer with a big family to support.

Please be kind enough to grant me full fee concession and oblige.
