With due respect, it is humbly stated that I am a student of class (your class) in your school.

Our science teacher gave us a test on Tuesday. He had declared beforehand, on Monday, that the students who would not appear for the test would we fined Rs 100. I was suffering from high fever. I had done full preparation for the test but I could not come to school on that day. I am ready to take the test on some other day if Sir permits me.

Kindly remit my fine and allow me another chance to appear in the test. I shall be thankful to you for this act of kindness.
