I want to draw your attention towards the playground of our school. There is no facility available for the practice of football . As you you are also aware about the Sports tournament that is going to be organised within a month and our school is also taking part in that tournament. team for basketball , kabaddi and other sports are preparing very well for their tournaments . But our football team is not able to practice because of unavailability of proper instrument and proper playground facility . Many of the spotting instrument that were brought last year have been deteriorated due to improper management . We knowknow that our team has the skill to win the tournament but without practice this is not possible we need proper instruments and playground for the practice.

You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible .

With due respect I am writing to your esteemed self to request you to provide the proper instruments and playground facility for the football practice to our football team. As you know that our school team has won the district level football tournament and in our school football team will represent the district in our state. For this our team need better playground and all the sports instruments for their practice. Also our school ground is very much grassy which do not let the bol to bounce properly many of the players injured due to this.
