Explanation:

Sir, With due respect, I, XYZ, the student of standard 6, section 'B' of your school want to beg to you to remit my fine. I've been fined because I went absent for a week. The reason for my absence was that I lost my grandfather and hence my whole family had to depart.octo 3, 2020

Sir,

Most respectfully I am to say that my English teacher has fined me for not taking the special test. He thinks that I did not take the test intentionally. The fact is that I was suddenly taken ill just a day before.

As my parents were away to a marriage and there was no one in the house to deliver my application, I could not even apply for leave.

I shall feel obliged if you kindly remit the fine of Rs. 50/- imposed on me by the English teacher.

thanking you

your faithfully
