Most respectfully, we the student of class XI request you to allow our class to take part in in the inter-school cultural fair, which is organised by the Delhi Public School on 14th July 2017. Several of students of our class, have ideas and plans regarding participating in the cultural activities. We hope that we shall do our best in the cultural fair. 
            We hope that you will allow us to participate and do necessary arrangements.
