17th February 2020

To

The Principal,

Care Well High School,

Kolkata.

Subject: Application for remission of fine for three days absence.

Respected Sir,

I beg to inform you that I could not attend my classes for three days, from 13th to 15th of February, 2020 because my mother was suffering from high fever. Since my father is out of town on official duty, there was no one else at home except me to take care of mother.

Under the circumstances I could not apply for leave in advance. Therefore, I request you to remit the fine for the three days of absence without leave.

Gratefully thanking you for your kindness.

Your student,

ABHISHEK

The letter for the remission of the fine is as follows.

Letter for the remission of fine

To,

The Headmistress,

Loyola High school,

Hindupur, India.

Subject: Application because of exclusion of fine

Regarded Headmistress,

With due regard I will get a kick out of the chance to express that Shri O.P. Gupta, my Bio instructor, has fined me Rs. 50.00 for being missing from a unique test in his subject hung on the sixth January 2003.

However, I am very grieved, sir, for missing this test, the conditions also were outside of my reach. I was simply prepared to leave for school when my mom slipped from the flight of stairs and harmed her leg. I needed to take care of her and furthermore organize clinical assistance. This kept me occupied all day long, making me neglect even to send an application for leave. Express gratitude toward God, my mom is saved.

With most extreme love, it is expressed that I am an understudy in class twelfth in this lofty and prestigious school. My dad had an unexpected seizure at that morning and I needed to take him to the clinic. It never worked out and my entire family including me got terrified which was later analyzed as epilepsy. If it's not too much trouble, absolved me from this fine. It was simply not deliberate and grave conditions didn't offer me a chance to illuminate. I will be extremely grateful to you.

Yours Obediently,

Mr Abhishek Dev,

23 November 2018.
