Sir,
With most respectfully, I would like to
state that my son Kumar:............. (name
of the son) is studying in class IX of your
reputed institution. It is known to me that
the school fee for this academic session is
to be paid by the end of this month (July).
I regret to bring to your kind notice that I
am working in a private cloth store and my
earning is hardly sufficient for hand &
mouth. Under these circumstances, I am
unable to pay the school fee of my son.
He has secured good marks in all subjects
in the recent Summative Assessment-I.
Hence, I request you to please exempt
school fee of my son for this year by
considering his good academic record and
my poor condition. Necessary income
certificate is also attached herewith for
your further necessary action please. I
shall be highly obliged for your kind help in
this regard.
