Sir,

           I am Koli Sen, a student in the third year of your university. I want to inform you that our examination was ended three weeks ago. But ill now we didnot receive the result. The election is coming soon, so it will be a problem if it gets declared at the time of the election. It would be a huge problem for students who stay far away from university.  

         I would be obliged if you declare the result as early as possible.
