It is to inform you that I'm a student of class X-C of your institution. I beg to say that since morning, I came to school I'm not in the midst of good health, spirits and feeling feverish, suffering from headache as well. I am not able to spend time in school anymore.
Kindly seek me permission to go home after recess. I will be highly grateful and obliged.
