Sir,

With due respect, I, the undersigned want to inform you most humbly that in our village, the children are facing education problem as there are only two primary schools. Most of the students are going to neighbour village to complete their primary education. I feel it necessary to have our own primary school in our village. We all know the importance of education. And the basic education is got from primary schools.

I, would therefore request you to look into this matter and set up a primary school as soon as possible. This can make the future of the children of our village bright to brightest.

Respected Sir,

I beg to inform you that the Government Primary School of Sarupothar Gaon, Dibrugarh East is in a very shabby condition. The walls of the class rooms are falling apart. The windows and doors are all broken. Most of the benches and desks are broken and beyond repair since they are too old.

I therefore request you to personally survey and assess the deplorable condition of the only school of this village and renovate it as soon as possible in the interest of the teachers and the future careers of the students.
