Subject: application for a seat in the school hostel.
Sir,
With due respect, I beg to state that I am a student of the class of your school. My father is a government employee. But recently he has been transferred from Chittagong to Dhaka. Our whole family will move to Dhaka soon. Here I have no relative to reside with. But I want to continue my studies in your school. So I am badly in need of a seat in your school hostel.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me a seat in the school hostel and oblige thereby.
