Sir,

I beg most respectfully to state that I'm a student of class XI of your school. My father has recently retired from service. Under this circumstances, father finds it quite difficult to maintain the family which depends on his paltry pension.

I have always been a good and disciplined student of your esteemed institution. I was promoted to class XI securing the first position. And this time, I couldn't buy all the books of my class. I would, therefore, request you to grant me to get some books free of cost from the Student Aid Fund of our school so that I may continue my studies well.
