Madam/Sir,

I am a student of class 8 of your school. My father is a poor farmer. He is unable to buy me textbooks. I have no other means to get the books for my studies. I have secured good marks in all the subjects in the previous examinations.  I, therefore, request you to provide me all the subject text books from the Book Bank of the school. For this, I shall ever remain grateful to you.  hope you understand my problem. I will never let the school down.
