I beg to inform you that I could not attend my classes for three days, from 21th to 24th of December, 2020 because my mother was suffering from high fever. Since my father is out of town on official duty, there was no one else at home except me to take care of mother.
Under the circumstances I could not apply for leave in advance. Therefore, I request you to remit the fine for the three days of absence without leave.
