Answer:

The correct answer of this question is  I am unable to pay the fee due to my unpredictable financial situation.

Explanation:

Given - An application to your principal for remission of fine.

To Find - Write an application to your principal for remission of fine.

Dear Sir/Madam

My class teacher has fined me RS. 200/- for being late. I'd like to advise you that owing to a traffic delay, I was unable to go to school on time, and because I come from a BPL household, I am unable to pay the fee due to my unpredictable financial situation. All of this has been relayed to my class instructor, but she seems unwilling to listen.

Therefore, I request you to kindly remit my fine and sincerely promise you that I shall be careful in future. I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
