Respected Madam/Sir,

With due respect and great humility, I beg to say that our Basketball Tournament is followed by the next month. As our school has a very good reputation in Study as well as games too. Our team member's coordination is not up to the mark. We need to work hard to make the match our side.

Therefore, I would like to request you to grant us to use of the basketball court for one and half an hour after school hours.

I assure you if we are given permission, we shall work hard to give fruitful results to our school.

I would be very grateful to you if we are granted for the same.
