Dear Madam:

Please accept this letter as my request for using the auditorium for the rehearsals of our upcoming skid which will be doing on the independence day.

We can do it in our class too but doing in the auditorium will give us privacy and will also give us an idea how to perform on the day of the event.

We will highly appreciate if you allow me and my friends to rehearse there, I will make sure I make all the students follow all the rules there so that nothing and no one is bothered.
