Sub : Request for tight security to arrest entry of trespassers in school premises
I would like to humbly state you that there are quite a few instances observed by me, which indicates that there are recent instances of trespassing in the school campuses. I was not able to identify them. However, they looked anything but authorised entities allowed to step inside the school as neither of them had visitor's tag hanging from their neck. They were loitering here and there without any specific purpose.
So, as per the whistle blower policy of the school, I am constrained to report the matter to you.
I request you to advise the concerned to sensitize and initiate necessary security measures to avoid any untoward incident caused to the students of your esteemed institution.
