Sir

With due respect I state that I am student of class VIII of your school I'm a very regular and sincere student I have always scored well in all my papers. I have always been appreciated by my teachers. I have been very active in sports as well. I have led my school football team at inter-state level under my captaincy, the team had won the trophy. Even the state sports minister had appreciated our performance.

But unfortunately I am not in a condition to participate in sports activities. Very recently, I have recovered from long illness. I have been advised by the doctors not to participate in any sports activities.

I, therefore, request you to kindly exempt me from sports and games for a month. I shall be active in sports on again as soon as I recover my lost health.

I beg to state that I am a student of class X in your school. I am an active participant in the school games. I have also represented our school many a time and won prizes.  

I shall not be able to take part in the school games for one month, The reason is my mother's illness. Yesterday, she fell from the staircase and broke her leg. The leg is in plaster now and she is bed-ridden. I have to be by her bedside immediately after school, Kindly exempt me from games for that duration. I shall be greatly obliged to you.
