sir i your name of your class wpuld request you to give me 4 days leave from (any date you want )as i have to go out of station due to some emergency in our family . i assure you that i will be present during the test the other day and make sure do my revision on time and submit it the next weekend .i would not let you down. early reply would be appericiated.
