I am (Your name) from (area) and ward - (ward number). With the new rule of segregation of waste, the residents are facing problems with it. The people are not using 2 seperate dustbins and some of them are not even using dustbins.
The people think getting dustbins is a waste of money. Even the shopkeepers sell it at a higher Cost. So, to make the decision of separation and then disposal of waste successful we need each and every Indian to follow it.
Kindly provide 2 dustbins - One for dry waste amd other for wet waste to the residents so that they could follow the rules without any problem. It would be really helpful for our country as a major portion of India would be disposing the waste according to rules.
