Explanation:

My reason is in city where we are living in present world is highly polluted because of human beings. We will not follow to the rules and regulations i.e to plant a tree or two instead of that we cut trees with no reason

As incase of village,no village is till now polluted except one or two because of the main reason that we plant trees or not cutting trees and also not using pollution vechiles.

I like your question but I suggest that instead of developing the city more and more and making the city highly polluted we can use or we and our society may decide to develop the village in some or other ways.
