Many people think that 2-wheelers are fashion. They drive costly bikes like Royal Enfield to show of. But in my mind Minors ( who are under 18 ) should not be given 2-wheelers as it can not only affect their life but also can take their life. Minors do not have the capacity to drive the 2-wheeler, they cannot handle the bike properly. So in that case if the bike falls it can lead to serious damage to the minor. Sometimes minors driving the bike can also lead to serious accidents, where people can die or have serious casualties. Even the minors get arrested and even the parents of the minors get arrested. There fore i strongly believe minors should not be given 2-wheeler. it is the parents responsibility.
