Forests also serve as a source of lumber and as recreational areas.

Under the growing pressure of population in the developing countries and over industrialization, urbanization and consumerism in the developed countries, there is large scale deforestation in the tropical and sub-tropical countries of the world.

As we know that forest is known as Lungs of our Earth. without first we cannot live. our whole life depends on forest. Forest maintain ecological balance. It serves as many products like wood, paper, Fruits, vegetables etc. but today the forest is disappearing. the place of forest is taken by many use multi store buildings. our government has also taken many steps to conserve forests but nothing seems to be happened. In ancient times, people love forest as their mother and father but today those people are forgetting that these forests are those who ensures our survival on the earth.

Forest Department is situated in every forest but they are not doing anything mass or bigger to conserve forests.Some foolish peoples are trying to destroy the forest, which is Liveliwood for all.

We all remember a boy named Sundarlal who used to plant many trees everyday. his love for trees can't be expressed.
