Coronavirus disease is being spread by COVID-19 virus. Nowadays we are going through a pandemic because of this virus. This can be very dangerous to people and we must follow the guidelines as published by WHO and other health departments. We should always follow the safety measures so as to protect ourselves from this disease. Some of common preventions that we can take are- always wear a face cover or mask when you go out from your home, wear gloves, do not maintain physical contact with anyone, properly sanitize yourself and drink hot water. And most importantly eat healthy food that helps to create immunity in our body.
