(1). The hardships that the students faced nowadays is the growth in competition of studying in the opulent colleges. There is a race for the better position and the students are forced to worry about their future.

(2). All they do is that they keeps an adequate distance from the phone, they meditate to keep themselves calm. They do not overthink and involve themselves into something good like reading and writing.
