Article- Pathetic condition of the poor people around us.
We see poor people everywhere particularly in metro cities. Majority of them migrate from their villages to cities in search of income. When they start living in cities, they realize the struggle they have to go through every day.
As these poor people earn meager wages, they hardly can make ends meet. In such situation buying a house is a nightmare for them. And so, they have no other option to live on platforms, or roadside, or under bridges or in slum areas.
In such situation education for children, medical facility, basic hygiene, shelter prove to be very costly for them. Poverty prevents them from education and lack of education leads them to poverty. Poverty in real sense is a vicious circle.
If employment facilities are provided at rural level, people will hardly leave their villages in search of income.
