Brain Drain In India
Brain Drain is the migration of the skilled and educated class people from their country to the foreign country. We see a lot of indians working in Big Companies. For example, CEO of Google and Microsoft are both Indians. Why do such Indians choose to become the CEOs of big MNC instead of establishing their own companies in India? Brain Drain account for one of the biggest economic losses of the country.
Their are lot of reasons for brain Drain. The lacks in the higher education system. Students prefer to study abroad for higher studies than studying in India. Also, it is really hard to start a company in India. The process is very combersome and most of the institution are corrupt. So employees seek employment in foreign countries.
India is a developing nation and the second most populous nation in the world. It should open more and more institutes like IIT to provide quality education in India. Also the government should create a positive environment to encourage startups. It should also curb corruption in government departments so that no one get any unusual favor. Also we as citizens of this country should work for the betterment of it.

If our home grown startup like Flipkart can be sold to Walmart for More than 20 billion dollars, I think if such culture of startupa is encouraged we can prevent brain Drain. People and government should come together to make Indian the 1st choice of its citizens.
