you don't know how strong a woman is until she get in a hot water and the reason is she is like tea bag so good morning here I am again here to discuss with you are topic empower women to make India independent ok so do you know the year in which we were Independent and also called Independence took place in some more than a half century years ago but even today vehicle by the change of the conservatism that still have room in our minds girls are not allowed to go far from the houses and they are not allowed to do Mechanical engineering as well as two adaptive medical career for your future I don't know the reason behind all this but I still know that there are some superstitions that true that the growth of women which in turn retards growth of the nation and that is why India is not developed in the only thing I want to say is that empower women to empower India but the question arises here is how we can made India developed by empowering women who will empower women obviously the answer is the empowered women empower women if you are a man it really then respect women because a man who cannot respect his mother cannot do so with some other person respect everybody who is around you because god had not written on the forehead of a girl that she is this time to be captivated in the four walls of a house not the God has marked on the society that it should be a male dominated society God has not created the sexual division of power and not do God had done any discrimination on the basis of gender bias that is prominent in these days I think that the only way to develop India is to empower women because until and unless women are there in every field working at par with men or India cannot be developed and I think that we cannot ever do because our mentality is still there we want son not a daughter

In today’s world, women are no lesser than man in any aspect. They work, they lead, they succeed and achieving great goals. If they can do these all, why can’t they make a better administration than man.  

Women are found to be sincere in their job and studies, they are found to be quick learners, they are found be the biggest hosts of calmness and passions, they are found to manage the job role of house wife in their better own style.  

They can manage every bills and expenditures in a house (something men can’t do without hitting the head to the concrete). They are good in decision making at critical situation. They have different way of perspective on an insane situation.  

They can do all these, then why can’t they make a better administration than men.  Here, i conclude that empowering woman can lead to built better future and build truly independent India.

Women are great power, so they got great responsibilities towards the society.
