In Today's world, people have made street food or junk food as their daily meal while healthy food has mere become rare. People prefer junk food instead of healthy food only for their tongue taste so just to make their brain happy but with it making their body unfit. The day is not far when all the human mankind will suffer from different disease with obesity as major problem.

Healthy food should be prefer as it not only keep us healthy but don't let you feel lazy in your whole day and flourish your body with energy and power. Healthy food is primary requirement of all human whether old or young. For a student , it keep his or her mind active and sharp. And for olders , it keep their bone and muscles stronger.

Junk food is even unhygienic and hence may lead to different disease . So, until human didn't understand their basic priority our future will remain in dark.

 A healthy life is a choice. To lead a healthy life we need to eat healthily and avoid any food which can harm our body and make us feel sick. Fast food has made its way into our lives very easily as it is easy to make and tastes better. We do prefer food with more spices. We should know what we have put inside our bodies. But too much junk food can make us feel sick. Not necessarily junk food is made up of good quality products. Often, leftover meats and vegetables are used to make the junk food. Unlike healthy food, it has no guarantee that the food is cooked with proper hygienic utensils and used good quality spices and oil to cook it. Healthy food makes our body fitter and helps the digestive system to function properly without making it work hard eventually damaging it. It also helps to live more, unlike junk food. Junk food makes us sick but slowly. We do not realize how many ways we are damaging our bodies by intaking junk food in our bodies. It can be concluded that eating healthy food should be our first choice and priority over junk food if we want to lead a healthy life.
