The negative effects of playing video games and computer games

Children these days spend most of their times sitting in front of computer for their online classes due to the pandemic. This has resulted in persuading children to play video games in the mobiles or in the computer . Various studies have revealed that spending time playing video games results in certain physical damages like anxiety or sometimes depression. Adolescence playing video game also results in high blood pressure and increased heart beat due to too much excitement. Playing video games gas become an addiction to people. They even forget to eat sometimes while playing games.

However there are certain way out to this as well. I would like to mention some :

• Set certain time limits of playing video games.
• Stick to the set time limit.
• Keep your phone outside the bedroom so that you do not play games at night and provide proper amount of time for sleep.
• Do other activities like exercise, gym and other hobbies which will consume the time which is spent on playing video games.
