They can be used in good ways to do greatest things and can be used to make yourself a mentally retarded person. They should only be used for something good or necessary. If it goes the other way round it can also cause harmful diseases like skin cancer, vision problems and etcetera etcetra. We can use them for studies and to do something good which will not affect anyone.
