To publish it smoothly a committee is formed in a general meeting. The number of the committee are the Chief patron, adviser, editor, assistant editors,proofreaders,assistant proofreads etc.The head teacher holds the post chief parton and a senior teacher becames the adviser. A magazine found is also made up. The editor invites writing both in bangla and English. From them the best ones are selected publish. There are message from the head teacher, annual reports,essays, short stories, short palys,etc.in it.
