Using them for hours causes stress on our eyes. It affects the sleeping patterns of individuals. They even affects our concentration and our ability to understand and remember. Using it for long periods regularly can lead to decrease in vision and eventually Blindness. It affects our work efficiency. We get addicted to it and forget to do our work. It causes headaches and irritation to eyes.
