They have begun to move out of their homes and take up jobs to supplement the income of their families . In these changeddit situations,the old and elderly people are left alone in their homes . They feel thems elves neglected and unwanted since the young ones havery no time to attend them . Thereach was a time when the younger generation used to be very respectful towards the elderly people. They were thought of as wise and experienced. They were consulted in making decisions on all important matters. But now the elders are often pushed aside,neglected and even scorned.
