→ Personal Hygiene plays a very important role in maintaining one's own health. Hence, Individuals are advised to observe the following practices.
● Proper and Safe food
☛We should take care of having balanced diet that includes proteins. carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals. Milk is a balanced food in itself. Fruits and Fresh vegetables plays an important role in nourishment.
☛ Take freshly prepared food and avoid Stale food.
☛ Avoid excessive consumption of fast foods.
⦿ Cleanliness.
→ Certain basic precautions are necessary for maintaining personal hygiene like-
☛ Always Wash your Hands with soap before and after taking meals.
☛ Clean your teeth after each meal and before going to bed.
☛ Take Bath regularly with clean water and good soap.
☛ Clothes should be changed daily. Wearing very Tight clothes must be avoided [ As it Creates a Problem in Blood circulation and Respiration, In very cases, It can too cause skin infections.]
☛ Regular Washroom habits must be adopted for maintaining good health.
☛ The Feet should be cleaned everyday and kept well protected.
☛ Hair should be washed regularly. Combing removed the dirt sticking to hair. It also increases blood circulation. Hence, always use a clean comb.
☛ Eyes should be washed Daily with clean and cold water. Rubbing of eyes must be avoided as It can increase the Chances of Entry of germs into eyes.

It keeps us away from disease, germs and bacteria’s.
It is important to keep the area around us clean and make sure that there is no dirt or any water store that can result in the vector-borne diseases.
Also, it is beneficial to eat or drink after washing hands with clean water and soap.
The best thing is to clean hands every hour as even after washing our hands are full of bacteria that might not be visible to you.
