Many of us are now infected with it . But it our fault that if we had follow all precautions carefully then we can win the battle with this virus . Covid has a great effect on the human respiratory system and can cause death ⚰. Follow some precautions mentioned below:

• Wash the hands regularly at least 20 times a day.
• Always wear mask in public areas
• Boost your immune system with help of fruits and heathy diet food.
• Try not to consume outer un covered food.
• Carry a hand sanitizer if possible.
