• With the passage of time, many historical artifacts like the Taj Mahal, Old temples and Mosques, etc have been deteriorated due to several reasons. One of the major reasons is pollution i.e. air, water, mouse, etc.

• These also make the environment toxic. These blacken the walls and form cracks in the buildings hence worsening their appearance.

• However, several ways can be adopted to minimize these effects like improving air quality, avoiding any construction nearby, preventing people from littering the area, etc.
