Our birth in a particular country determines the allegiance towards that country. India is a democratic country thus government has laid down fundamental rights for its citizens which they can exercise fearlessly. The constitution of India promises six essential fundamental rights to its citizens. If these rights are practiced without any fear and prejudices, they can help the country progress at a very fast pace.

  1. The right to equality helps eradicate inequality between rich and poor, literate and illiterate, and most importantly, ensures equality between male and female.
  2. The right to freedom entitles a citizen to exercise freedom of speech and action which further helps the growth of the country.
  3. The right against exploitation saves its citizens against any kind of malpractice and harassment.
  4. The right to freedom of religion breaks the orthodox religious beliefs and gives freedom to citizens to choose the religion of their choice.
  5. The culture and educational rights assist those underprivileged people who are refrained to pursue education  of their choice.
  6. The right to constitutional remedies means constitution is equal for all irrespective of caste, creed, and religion.
