As stated by the age old proverb: "Health is wealth " ; There's no substitute for our health and nothing else that can truly compromise our mind and body. Healthy mind requires a healthy body; and to maintain a healthy body requires a healthy habit. By keeping personnel as well as community hygeine.
Recent trends in Socio-economic statistics have shown that most people tend to overlook their personnel healthcare and as a result regularly end up being sick.Though; Doctors and community healthcare authorities are organising healthcare awareness programs,the attendance of people in such programs have dwindled over the past decade; all the more people have lost the interest to even look after their personnel health.
The thought of community centers and health clubs have brought significant changes in health of the nation,making people aware of the health hazards and contributing very much to overall improvement in the nations health. But recently,These movements have started to have the 'midas touch' in peoples heart ; people now have reverted their thinking to the fact tgat it is the duty of these communities and health clubs to maintain the nations health. They feel like they are exempted of the need to keep a check on their health.Such back-thinking have started to invite many more health problems around the world.
If we keep a good check our health regularly ,our immunity increases; But true immunity can only be achieved only if our community,our nation and the world itself strive together to achieve it.
As the saying goes "There's great strength in Unity"; we too must make it our duty to take care of our health and make sure our brethren are also aware of its necessity.
