Answer: Abusing animals should be considered as a crime. When humans are hurt they scream out their pain and emotions, but those poor animals cant, specially the domestic ones like cats, dogs, birds, etc. Abusing any leaving creature is a horrible job and it is also taking in consideration for animals. The difference between human being and animals is just one: Humans can speak, animals cant. But technically they both are same and they deserves respect, love and affection equally.
