Yoga is the best exercise prescribed by many Indians. It is also being taught in schools and colleges. Some forms of Yoga increases our concentration and grasping power, it also helps to develop better immune system,lose obesity,better respiration, blood purification and efficiency in blood flow, helps to increase height, keeps our bones and muscles strong,it also helps to reduce stress and provide better relief. Above mentioned are few advantages of doing Yoga everyday.
