AIDS is Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome which is a fetal viral infection transmitted because of unsafe sexual contacts.It is spreaded especialy by infectious blood transfusion. It is a misconception that AIDS spread by handsakes .Blood contact is main reason in spread of AIDS. The natural strength of body fighting against any disease is diminished. A social awareness in people must be there to prevent this alarming disease.
